The Police Optimisation programme was designed to provide serving Police Officers with scientifically informed Strength and Conditioning specific to their unique requirements.
The phased programme pepares the Blue-Light Athlete aerobically and anaerobically whilst developing strength across all essential movement patterns to build role specific functionality.

What is the time commitment for the programme?
- Phased programming consisting of four 12 week phases
- 5-6 training sessions per week
- 1 hour training sessions
HOW DO I RECIEVE THE PROGRAMME?
Programming is provided though a partner IOS and Android App that provides exercise demonstration, metric tracking and logging of activity.
