We aim to ship all orders as soon as reasonably possible via Royal Mail, and typically within two working days. 

We are owned and operated by serving emergency services personnel, and as such, orders can sometimes take a little longer to ship dependant on operational tempo and family commitments, please bare this in mind if there is a slight delay in receiving your goods.
